David PetelerDavid Peteler has over 30 years of experience as a corporate and finance lawyer. His areas of practice include:

David worked in the past for several law firms, including Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison, a venture capital and high-tech firm in Palo Alto, CA; and Troy & Gould, a boutique securities firm in Los Angeles. He was a partner with Baker & McKenzie, a global law firm, based in their Los Angeles office, where he did a variety of corporation financing transactions and mergers and acquisitions.
In 1992 he formed the Peteler Law Office, focusing on emerging growth companies in the technology, manufacturing, consulting and service sectors. He has refined his firm structure and value proposition to meet the needs of clients and adapt to the changing business environment.
In his non-business life, David works with non-profit organizations. For over 25 years, David has helped raise funds for the Bön Children’s Home in Dolanji, India, a home for Tibetan refugee children. He is currently President of the Yeru Bon Center, a nonprofit organization that provides help for these refugees.
